People in the road collecting money for charities causing traffic hazards. These people are stepping into traffic while collecting money I have almost been involved in a traffic accident when people can not get over into a turn lane because they are standing there.

the people collecting money for "what charity"? step into traffic and have yelled "hey everyone has got to make a living."They wave the milk gallons in a way so it is impossible to see if it is a legitimate charity and cause traffic hazards.

These people are collecting every weekend. Not friendly when you don't contribute, even though you have given once.

street lights are needed from 21 mile to 23 mile along Gratiot due to the several pedestrian accidents that have ocurred there. within the past 10 years several people have been killed and or badly injured on Gratiot in Chesterfield due to the fact it is very dark on that stretch of Gratiot. what willt take to get street lights? more deaths? more accidents? if Roseville and Clinton twp can light up there portion of Gratiot why can't Chesterfield?
