Alley right of way blocked daily for hours, trucks are having to back up for blocks creating issues, often N 16th blocked or at best down to one lane

Yes and no. They line up to get threw the to go window and back up into the street. They are taking orders in the street and with people parking on the other side of the road it’s down to half a lane wide. They where giving to old road when they moved to street for the hospice building but they use it for parking instead of for drive threw. And they block the alley where vehicles can’t get by.
