Would it be possible for you to identify the exact location you are referring to? I went to the address shown (9876-19898 Se 272nd St Kent, WA, 98042) and did not find anything. I wonder if you are referring to the storm drain in the westbound lane of 272nd near the Play Mor tavern? Please let us know. Thanks!
