You can see by the first photo the where it’s cracked chucks of concrete missing. This is the spot that the water pools ups

Had a person who does engineering for the state of Wisconsin and they said the age of the road is not a factor. He says there is a low stop where it pools. Please fix this

If they were to fix it they would have to redo the whole gutter to get it to taper right. I believe you can call a contractor and hire someone to fix it. I know even when the city contracts someone to do curbs and gutters that bill goes directly to the taxpayer so there is no difference between the city hiring someone or you hiring someone.
