An abandoned Jeep plate #JFC-2694 has been sitting with its windows rolled down for at least 2 months. It has collected several tickets. I have seen children attempting to enter vehicle . Vehicle has cigarettes sitting on seat and possibly other hazards. Vehicle is blocking view when turning on/off Kansas ave. It will eventually cause an accident.

Please remove promptly.
