The gentlemen who came to vacuum the drain basin advised that they were unable to fix the issue. They advised that the ditch would need to be dug out more in order for the water to drain properly.

PW (E. Hill) cleaned 2 boxes on 4/9/2019.

It is my understanding that the storm basins (boxes?) were not cleaned due to additional issues that involve the digging of the ditch.
