Thank you. Please consider the fact that there is also a school so not entirely residential area. Moreover, street corners nearby (e.g., Jersey and Bright, Bright and Varick across the street), are even more residential yet have waste bins. There is a lot more foot traffic along bright st on that side than many other blocks with waste bins.
