Description

Wisteria vine climbs from private property over high fence on left, forms dense canopy over already-constricted sidewalk, & tries to choke a young street tree on its 19' climb to obscure the street light.

A citation has already been issues to the property owner to trim their botanical obstruction (see #5547301), but the vines need to be cleared from the public streetlight as well.
