I typically drive the speed limit or slower coming down the street every morning as kids run rampant across the street without looking who is coming. There have been several cases where i still am required to slam on my breaks.

For crying out loud....they're kids!!!!!!!....LET THEM BE!!!!

just because there kids doesnt mean they should be running in the road. if they are increasing a chance of yet another tradegy then it can be fixed..
