Broken grill, Washing machine, mini fridge, car batteries, and garbage cans all stored in the front yard. Garbage cans are used as lawn orniments, 24 hours a day 7 days a week, right in the middle of the front yard. These residents/renters are CONSTANT offenders of just about every code.
