there is a number on every light pole. write the number down and fill out the form on the bottom of this page: https://www.centerpointenergy.com/en-us/residential/customer-service/electric-outage-center/report-streetlight-outages?sa=ho
in most cases, the lights will be back on in 48 hours unless there are wiring issues.
