Description

Builder refuses to use a dumpster for building materials. This has been reported numerous times as the area is now infested with chemicals and rodents. Time to pull this building permit!!!

How are you enforcing new trash can laws on tax paying citizens but not enforcing code on builders who dont' even live in Roswell?? SAD.
