Description

The property is terribly neglected. No one has lived in the house or maintained it (or the yard) for at least two years. The yard is overgrown and the house is in poor repair. I have not been inside, but suspect that things are falling apart. The owner lives in Memphis but has not responded to requests by neighbors to take care of his proporty.
