It would seem that the Streets General Foreperson or the PW Utilities Superintendent gave inaccurate information to the Director of Public Works. The issue (which was 1 of 2, the other being more severe) was not resolved in any way. Rather, it appears to have been ignored. If it cannot be resolved in a timely manner (it was reported back in April 2019), then say so. But don't act like the situation was fixed when it wasn't.
Moreover, the 2nd reported issue received a comment (before the issue was archived) from a DPW official indicating that no work was planned based on the picture submitted. I'll resubmit the picture here. How badly to city trucks have to damage the curbs before they can be repaired?
At this point (241 days in), it makes sense to wait until after winter to actually resolve the request. It'll be interesting to see whether or not it's resolved within a year or not.
