going towards Horsham Rd on N Wales Rd at Route 309, the light is so incredibly short, it only allows 3 cars thru and traffic backs up. I waited thru 4 lights last night, it was ridiculous!

Is it still like this? I've been at this light before and have not noticed this issue for cars going straight (I will agree that the left turn signal seems a little short). I've seen a line of cars 10 cars back get through that light going straight. Signals from Rt 63 up to the 5pts intersection had a new system installed a couple years back that monitors the traffic and adjusts for the flow. Since the major traffic is on Rt 309 it will give that traffic priority over the much, much less traffic on North Wales Rd. I have noticed though that every time a strong storm goes through the area the programming for the lights seems to get messed up - like it was reset and has to 'learn' all over again.
