There has been a barricade in the road for over TWO YEARS, covering a manhole cover that has the brick road around it sinking. Maybe the issue could be addressed soon?
Sometimes the barricade blows over and people can't see it at night, so they hit the manhole cover, probably doing damage to their cars or tires.
