Description

Intersection of Westside Pkwy + Encore, there is a traffic signal that is aimed at southbound traffic, traveling on Westside Pkwy, located on the opposite/left side of the road. With new Spring growth, the pin oak tree near the signal is now obstructing its view. This signal helps to alert southbound traffic on Westside to a change in the signal color as cars enter the intersection heading South and downhill. Tree needs to be pruned back.
