Description

The area behind the Dollar General is littered with trash that looks to be packing material. I did not notice a dumpster in the area of the store and paper is blowing everywhere! Flattened cardboard boxes are stacked in metal shelving in full view of passers by. The trash is blowing into the corner where the attractive wall has been erected. Bad look for the city!
