Extremely loud, loose pothole near Central and Broadway. Every northbound car hits it, meaning noise is an issue all day and night. The sound has woken me up in the middle of the night if a large truck hits it. I went out to check on it and the pothole is not properly seated, and there is no sound deadening. I know they sell an asphalt impregnated rope that can reduce the noise significantly. if someone from the City could come out and fix this issue I would appreciate it.
