Your crew came out this fall and was suppose to return Because they didn’t have the correct equipment on their truck at the time and were able to only get so far after Remington a chunk of concrete on the park side, the side with homes was not able to be cleaned out due to equipment. Was it put on a schedule to come back or just the drains marked with green paint. While the video is helpful - we are already doing this and the neighbor at the end of the street who does not clean their leaves off the street should be fined. We do this but this area has been a problem for many years and there is more of a problem here then just the catch basin being plugged. Please ask the city arborist to cut back the trees at the end of the street that add to the problem and the park system to add a rain garden to the park where it also has no plan for all the runoff except for these drains that are blocked. The standing water is almost 2 feet deep.
