problem site reported repeatedly. problem absentee landlord. please fine them again and get the dumpster moved. also, the dumpster has no top, which creates a constant trash issue. also, the windows remain unsecured. homeless men with severe alcohol/other drug issues live in there. there has been one major fire last fall. PLEASE!!!

Want to make quick update on this post. The dumpster was not removed due to city intervention. The dumpster was removed Friday morning 2 hours prior to ISD performing an inspection, so no tickets were issued. I went to ISD Friday morning to check their permits and they are not allowed to have their dumpster on any public roadway and must be kept on private property. ISD let me know they would continue to monitor but even one inch into Hawthorne Court Street it prohibited. Most likely another dumpster will be put down so I am hoping the city will be pro active in addressing any blockage to this road before the residents of District 6 have to get involved again.
