This is likely because they want to prevent backup on GA400. If they reverse the light cycle, then GA400 would end up blocking Windward worse than already happens. The real problem is when selfish morons blocks the intersections, which causes gridlock. I sat through this same light 3 times last Monday due to GA 400 drivers blocking the intersection and the roadwork on Windward.

My concern is between 6-6:30am when there is very little NB traffic. Can the lights be timed differently for the early morning? This week I have started hitting all 3 Windward Lights in a row red EB. I know it might not seem like a long time, but it’s frustrating when only 2-3 cars are always waiting and I’m waiting every day. This is the only part of my commute that I’m waiting several minutes.
