Description
Very narrow section of sidewalk behind retail stores -- too narrow for wheelchairs and Walkers and strollers. Many years ago there was a large tree there, but no th at it is gone and the stump has rotted away, it has left a dangerous drop where the terre roots used to be. There are a lot of pedestrians there, so needs to be fixed.
