Mill Creek Manor is a private street.
We have reported this issue to DeKalb County to review their sewer line to see if there is a failure. However, if the county finds no issue, the road repair would fall to your HOA.

I just received word back from the county:"This line was CCTV’d on May 8, 2013 and no defects were found in the sewer main." Please contact your HOA to address the pavement failure.
