Had to call 911 on the enormous German Shepherd that lives here last week after he escaped (AGAIN) and attacked me and my dog. And now once again, he's been left untethered outside behind that dinky fence and the owners are not even home. Would have loved a follow-up to my 911 call, but would love it even more if this was legitimately addressed. It's almost ironic (but maybe the entire point?) that I can't confront them myself since Cujo would tear my arms off before I even make it to their door.
