I walk by this house everyday, and agree wholeheartedly. There are also two RV's on the property that seem to have people living in them. Now there are cameras oddly mounted all over the property. One can only wonder what they're worried about...

The address at 18728 SE 268th is building a deck taking up the majority of the front yard. Is this construction permitted?

No permit applications have been received for a deck at the address of 18728 SE 268th Street. Some decks do not require permits depending on the size and height above finished grade, but are required to abide by other zoning, fire, and building regulations.

18730 is getting worse. The resident threatened me with violence when i attempted to clean up said junk on the private drive and public roadway

Also it seems there is a large probability that their is other dependant individuals including children that are residing captive on the property

Please can we get an update on the staus of this investigation?

Code Enforcement went out to the property on 8/7/19, spoke with the property owner, and had them remove the items from the public right-of-way. We will follow up with them this week to discuss the next steps and continue working with them to gain compliance.
