Description

There have regularly been scooters left on the sidewalks in front of the bus stops on 4th. There were five there this morning at 7am! It would be extremely difficult or impossible for anyone in a wheelchair coming off the bus or trying to get to the bus to get around them.

I have heard this has also been a problem for wheelchair users at the stops on South Industrial Parkway at Woodbury Gardens.
