Description

We have 2 handicap spots in front of our house at 248 and 252 Osborn st and everyday there are cars parked in them spots sometimes for hours at a time that have no HP placards or HP plates on them . I have called the traffic dept numerous times and they say they will send someone but they never do .. Just today I called after I came home from shopping and there was a car there so again I called and I waited outside for over 45 minutes yet no one came . What do I have to do to get someone down here flatten tires or break some windshields? It's awful and I'd like an answer on why nobody ever comes and issue a ticket we all know the city could use the money
