Description

Road Flooded , Grand Ave, Eastbound Lanes, across from entrance to National Guard Compound. Both lanes flooded at this time. Please address flooding as it occurs every time it rains.

Q. Please describe the issue.
A. Large area of Eastbound Lane of Grand Blvd is flooded. Cars driving through and some are hydroplaning, as the flooded area is difficult to see until the car is in it.
