the nightmare continues... trash,car parts, and furniture pieces scattered around this property. Rats coming and going in the household waste. that accrues, trash blowing and washing down the streets and into storm drains. Dogs constantly escaping, chickens and now roosters. There surely must be something the city can do. This property presents a health hazard to the entire neighborhood
