Thanks. I had cleaned it up myself that evening sorting the bark mulch debris out of the stone drainage so water will continue to drain under path by our garage. And I’ve made a reminder to call Water Resources Dept next hydrant flushing to request keeping the hose aimed into the street so the high pressure water goes down city storm drains rather than into my rain garden/bioswale, carrying my neighbor’s bark mulch which plugged up the drainage plan!!! You all do good work. This was an anomaly (that was a big headache and 2 hours of sorting bark fines out of a stone drainage area for me. . . . .)
