Description

Large potholes in the alley behind this building, which connects Bivouac and McMillan. It’s a dirt road, and between that and the exceedingly large potholes, vehicles tend to get stuck in wet/snowy weather. Also, the fact that it is a dirt road with no pavement or gravel means that soil and dust is tracked in to the nearby apartments and houses, which is in no way healthy or sanitary.
