Taking pride in our city. May 13 2019 Mayor Bernabei states: "We need to take pride in our city" Oh really?

Property is being processed by the law department. They (owners) are trying to obtain funds for repairs. Will be back at Law Department in 6 weeks with prosecutor for another hearing.

The prosecutor has had this case for TWO YEARS and nothing has been done. What do our tax dollars actually pay for here? How do these owners get away with doing nothing to this eyesore for so long?

If it has nothing to do with the HOF or any other "pet" project. i.e. the shrine to the NFL gods downtown, you can forget about it. Better it enters the "black hole" in space with this administration.

It is close enough to HOF that it should matter. You can see it from 77. Enough calls to the Mayor's office and something might happen...:(

Vacant lots and properties are being cut by contractors. Over 1,000 lots are currently being mowed. As additional properties enter into the database, they will be added to the list for contractors to mow. Occupied properties cannot be mowed by city contractors. Only VACANT properties can be cut once they have been properly identified and owners notified per the ordinance. Thanks to those who have chipped in and to everyone for their patience. 5-30-2019

What does this post have to do with mowing? Granted, this property isn't mowed or maintained regularly either, but this complaint was about the building's roof falling in and the walls crumbling. There are elderly and children that are in this building every week and it's crazy that they can operate a "business" out of this deplorable mess.
