Description
At ski lift parking area along road and right at entrance these folks tied their dog to their truck and the poor dog took refuge in the road. Several folks tried to conmfort the dog and all could not believe the owner was so thoughtless about their pet. Next to shooting goats in driveway, worse animal abuse of the month in Santa Fe area. I have phot but can't upload on the space below.

This concern was reported to the Sheriff's Office, Animal Control Office. I have been informed that unfortunately, concerns of this nature need to be reported immediately to the Animal Control office when it is happening so that an animal control officer can observe the violation and take action on it.
