How do you know where/who the pass is registered to? I live on 1400 block of Carrollsburg and constantly have game day employees who park with a VPP that they clearly “obtained” from someone somehow.

ANC where the VPP is valid is written on the pass itself. But you can also download a QR Reader from your phone’s App Store and scan the QR code on the passes to see what address the VPP was issued to.
