Description

For years now the county-owned corner of Kidwell Place and Millers Way Drive in Ellicott city has not been maintained or mowed, which if privately-owned would have resulted in personal fines and penalties. In addition to being an eyesore, this grass has become a haven for ticks and mice and turned off perspective nearby homebuyers. Please let me know who specifically in county government is accountable for this and how this matter will be addressed moving forward.
