No "civil adult" in their right mind would repeatedly drive/park in their yard in a city neighborhood to the point where it became all mud and ruts, not mow what little grass you have, and constantly have trash accumulating on the property even if it's poorly hidden behind your fence.
Be a "grown up" and fix the issues you caused on your property. It not only makes you look bad, it makes the rest of the neighborhood look bad as well. I live a few streets over and many neighbors have been talking about this for some time.
I certainly hope the sidewalks are replaced in a timely fashion and to code. I also hope that the "leveling" and "landscaping" will put a stop to the nonsense that has taken place on this property. It would be a shame if you put all the effort into fixing the yard and then started driving over it with your truck and trailer and tore it up again.

Although there are no specific city codes regarding landscaping, there are numerous codes pertaining to sidewalks, sidewalk permits, parking in your front yard, etc, etc. Let's be honest though, we both know the city won't do anything about it so we can move on from that subject.
Rather than trading veiled insults back and forth with you I'll offer a few bits of sincere advice for your consideration...
I'd get the sidewalks done first so you don't tear up your nicely leveled and fixed up landscaping with the concrete work and such. Also, once it gets hot you'll have to water your grass seed more and the extra water will cost more money.
