Description

The owner left huge amounts of trash and debris in the backyard that is encroaching on my fence at 125 Arlington Ave. It punctured a hole in my fence and is knocking it down. They also have lots of trash and debris in the front yard lowering the value of the block.

The owner started renovating and just stopped leaving a gross mess, mice and rats, which we've had to exterminate for.
