There are almost always cars illegally parked in a no-parking zone on wb Everett Street. The people who illegally park there vehicles here are creating a hazard for other drivers as it is nearly impossible to see around these illegally parked cars to actually visualize oncoming traffic when turning Left onto Everett Street off of East 7th Street. There are 2 spots where people illegally park, one is located literally to the direct left of E 7th Street and the other is approximately 30 feet behind the one previously described. The second one is also directly next to the driveway apron used for the Tobacco Factory Parking lot. THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE, YOU CANNOT SEE EASTBOARD TRAFFIC COMING. Yet I NEVER see Richmond Parking Enforcement/RPD ticketing these cars- AND THEY LITERALLY PARK HERE ILLEGALLY ALL DAY & WEEKEND LONG!!!! More Enforcement in this particular area would be appreciated.
