I go to work at 4 a.m. This traffic signal turns green for the traffic on Park Ave. even when there are no cars to be seen. And it stays green for about 30 seconds. It is ridiculous to have to sit and wait for nothing in the middle of the night. It needs to have a traffic sensor like most of the other traffic lights in this area. It is a waste of time and a waste of gas!
