Description
The intersection at Interlachen Blvd and Vernon Ave is extremely dangerous. The lanes are NOT well marked, cars are frequently in the wrong lane bc they don’t know where they should be. The few poles are frequently knocked over or flattened by cars. The lanes are extremely narrow and the lane next to Caribou has huge pot holes in it. Who thought this was safe or ok?

Hello Neighbor,
It is understood the underground utility work at the intersection of Interlachen Blvd and Vernon Ave is causing congestion and headaches. Due to the work required in this area, the construction crews are allowing adequate travel lanes despite feeling too narrow.
The crews are doing their best to limit pot holes, but due to the amount of traffic in the area and the weather we've had, it becomes difficult to remain on top of this. The crew will be informed of your concern.
If you have further questions or concerns, feel free to comment on this thread or contact me directly with my contact information below.
Thanks,
