Margo, Citizen Contact Center assigned this issue to Transportation Services

We are aware of the issue here and are working with our Engineering dept. and Aquatera to troubleshoot the spot. We will continue to patch the road as needed to combat the deterioration until we have the problem solved.

When are you planning on patching it? Or should people start sending in their damage claims since you are aware of the issue and its been unpatched for over two weeks.

While would the city like Reco to patch it or are they going to get on it right away. Its pretty sad that its been ignored this long and nobody has patched it again. The cold patch all washed away and it has not been patched with hot asphalt yet this year.

Unfortunetaly hot asphalt is not available until the plant opens to start making it during its summer season. We have been patching this continuously and will keep doing so until a resolution is found for the water leak. This will be the end of this ticket/interaction. In the winter at the same location you said this was NOT A WATER LEAK.

UPDATE: I have spoken with our field supervisor and Engineering team was able to find the source of the water and have a contractor repair it. Thank you
