On MANSELL RD by the 400 intersection going south, the sidewalk gets flooded every afternoon by the sprinkler system that is on the bank slope in front of on the border restaurant.

Thank you for reporting this issue. I investigated the problem and found several sprinkler heads that are broken and leaking. The landscaping in that area is maintained by On The Border. I spoke with one of the managers of the restaurant and informed him of the leaks. He told me that he would contact their landscaper today to try and have the issue resolved.
