So are we also suppose to call and report? I thought that is what this application is all about? For non emergencies

This problem still exists. This app doesn't really work

I'm sorry you feel that way. The Up2Code application is managed by the City Attorney's Office and we hope that people with use it to report municipal code violations. Our office does not enforce homelessness and associated issues. The San Francisco Police Department is charged with enforcing matters related to homeslessness. If the MUNI stop needs cleaning, I'm happy to help you report that problem to SF311 on your behalf.
