47th Ave s has lots of pot holes again and the transition between 47th ave s and 164th st is also washed away. Additionally the sidewalk on the east side of 47th ave s that leads to the park is mostly covered in gravel.

Hello,
They came out and fixed the transition, but they didn't have enough rock to fill in any of the pot holes. We figured they would come back out but its been a month and no sign. Can someone come back out to fill the pot holes?
