The township had the road widened and put in a left turning lane but no arrow on the light to make a left. Why????????

because they decided to spend all your money on that clock and walk way on the corner ,that no body uses or cares about ,instead of a turn signals ,just shows you how out of touch some council people are

NOTHING HAS BEEN SAID OR DONE TO THE PROBLEM. cARS STILL CHALLENGE ON-COMING TRAFFIC FOR RIGHT OF WAY AND SEVERAL TICKETS HAVE BEEN ISSUED TO DRIVERS FOR GOING THROUGH RED LIGHT AFTER THEY HAVE WAITED FOR THE TRAFFIC TO LET THEM THROUGH.TtRAFFIC IS HEAVEY AT THIS INTERSECTION ALL THE TIME! iT SEEMS STANGE A LEFT TURN SIGNAL WAS PUT UP FOR A TWO LANE ROAD AT NAMONS RD. AND NOT AT THIS FOUR LANE TURN. wHAT HAPPENED TO COMMON SENSE?

Actually; it has to do with penndot. My Fiance was in an accident here several years ago and brought up the fact that there was no turning arrow and penndot said that there was not enough traffic flow there at the time.

When you have a problem in Upper ChiChester you need to wait for atleast 8 months for any type of ACTION !!! If your not from Twin Oaks, Please go to the Commish. meetings on the 2nd Thursday of each month and complain to the people who MIGHT do something to help you.
