When you are driving towards Pleasantview on Bliem and need to make a left on New Hanover Sqaure road you might as well just say a prayer and turn...you cant see anyone speeding up the hill from the other lane anyway. Also, if you are on New Hanover and go to turn on Bliem you cant see anything coming up the hill from the left. I live locally and can tell you I have seen at least 8-10 accidents here in the last 6 months.
