There is a church located next to me where Wellington runs into Waverly St. This church has a hill that runs on the side of the property along 2 houses one of which is mine. The church had a crew out working and cutting the grass on Monday. I confronted them about the hill as to why they have not cut it since taking over this property and was told the church has stated this hill is not on their property but is a property that belongs to the city. This is a hill that a lot of the neighborhood plays on and has not been truly cut in years. This hill needs to be cut and trimmed long the fence lines as tress have not started to sprout. Can someone in the city please look into whom is responsible for this land and get it maintained on a regular basis. Thanks!
