My teenage daughter was stopped at the light at Lakecrest Neighborhood and Preserve Parkway at 9:51 pm. She was attempting to turn left onto Preserve Pkwy. After 4 minutes of sitting at the red light with no other cars around she called me to tell me that the light wasn't changing and that she would not be home for curfew. I would like to ask that a city engineer please check the timing of said light. There is no reason that a lone car should sit there for that long. Especially a 16year old girl!
