5/31/19 - I observed an overflowing trash can, trash and garbage scattered around the back yard. The trash should have been set at the curb for pickup this morning. A first order was sent to both the tenant and the owner with a compliance date of 6/9/19. /// CM

6/11 - Observed a tire, trash bags, trash, garbage, rubbish and debris on the ground in rear of house. Referred for hearing citation. /// GED
6/12 - Left message for Brad concerning issues at property. /// GED

06132019 - Issued hearing citation. /// GED

6/14/2019 - Spoke with property manager. and was told eviction set out is next Monday. /// GED
6/14/2019 - Observed moving truck at property. Hand delivered hearing citation to tenant and was told they would be moved out by the end of the day. /// GED

6/21 - Observed furniture on the front porch. All the waste that was in rear has been removed. The yard has been mowed. Spoke with tenant. She did not move yet but said she would be out by this afternoon. Spoke with owner who said he had crew remove trash, garbage, tire and mow. He told me the eviction was not complete. Pulling case from hearing and referring back to NE/ SE inspector to monitor. /// GED

6/27/19 - I observed someone in the process of cleaning the house out. ///CM
